Residential Properties Accounting

  • Accounts Receivable: collection, deposition, delinquency management
  • Accounts Payable: disbursement, recording
  • Monthly statements with copies of bills paid
  • Direct Deposit option available to owners to receive the remainder of the rentf in a timely fashion
  • NR6 to be completed upon the owners’ behalf, if required
  • Maintenance & Construction Management

Commercial Properties Accounting

  • Provide quality Leasing Services at competitive rates
  • Accounts Receivable: collection, deposition, delinquency management
  • Accounts Payable: disbursement, recording
  • Prepare a monthly financial statement along with copies of all expenses, to the Owner. Direct Deposit option available to owners to receive the remainder of the rent in a timely fashion
  • Ensure Owner is protected against building liens. (New legislation has been enacted within the past year)
  • Prepare CAM charges one per year. These statements will be provided to all tenants once prepared to cover expenses.

Each month, you will receive a monthly statement of income and expenses for each property we manage for you with copies of invoices for work performed for your property.

From the commercial rents collected upon your behalf, we will pay your property’s utility payments, property taxes, insurance and maintenance bills. The remaining funds are sent to you by cheque or by direct deposit into your bank of your choice.
